Returns
All purchases from EightyEight are FINAL SALE and no refunds will be allowed. However, as satisfaction is a priority for us, we will do everything to accommodate any issues as we see fit.
We strongly suggest you do not remove your underwear when you first try on garments until you are sure that the fit and style are to your liking.
Items must be in their original condition and sanitary protection labels in place. IF SANITARY STRIP IS NOT ATTACHED TO SWIMSUIT, THE SWIMSUIT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY BE REFUSED!
We do NOT accept items that have been worn, abused, altered, soiled, stained, washed, or damaged in any way. Please avoid getting makeup, deodorant, tanning cream, any bodily fluids, and other similar stains on items when trying on. Items received in such condition will be rejected and returned to the customer.
DAMAGED OF DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
We take pride in our products and undergo several quality checks before you purchase. In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will make every attempt to replace it with the same or like item at no additional charge to you.
Shipping Policy
Standard shipping on domestic items is 3-5 business days from order date. This includes our 1-2 business days for processing plus 2-3 business days for delivery. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.
All orders IN STOCK leave our shop in 1-2 business days (this is determined by volume) Once it has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number via E-mail automatically.
